By booking or purchasing services with Regains, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all appointments, treatments, packages and use of this website.

Appointments & Booking

• Appointments can be made by phone (call or whatsapp) or in person at the clinic.
• All clients agree to provide accurate contact details at the time of booking.

Age Requirement

• Clients must be 18 years or older for all treatments.
• Valid photo ID may be requested before treatment.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a cancellation fee equal to the full treatment cost.
• No-shows where the client fails to attend without notice will also be charged at 100% of the booked treatment cost.
• Clients may be required to prepay or provide card details to secure future bookings.
*This 24-hour policy is standard within the industry to compensate for last-minute losses.

Deposits & Payment

• A deposit may be required for certain treatments, courses or packages.
• Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation terms are not met.
• Full payment for services is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

Treatment Results & Risks

• Results vary for each client. No guarantee of a specific outcome is provided.
• Clients should follow all aftercare instructions given by clinicians.

Medical History & Consent

• Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies and prior treatments before receiving a service.
• Regains reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsafe.

Changes to Terms

• Regains reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
• Continued use of the website and services confirms acceptance of updated terms.
